Too short and small

I wanted to return these shorts because they had an $18 tag on them and I bought them for $30! And they were too small and too small. I saw feedback from a woman who posted photos in July and her small size gray shorts are huge compared to the plus size black shorts I received. I just didn't send them back due to the hassle and the fact that they fit but weren't as comfortable and relaxed as other Nike shorts in L. They are too skinny and small for their size.
