Not recommended, mildew stains after 1 week of use
In use for 1 week and my Sharp kcu850 was giving off a musty smell. I thought it was coming from the humidifier's internal fan, so I took the whole unit apart and cleaned it, but it still smelled like mold. I checked the filter and there was 1 spot where the smell was coming from.
