Do not buy this poor quality product!

This radio has many problems and design flaws. First of all, I can't find any addresses near my home using the navigation search. Second, when entering letters or numbers, there is a delay of about a second between each number, and the Bluetooth music will stop and restart each time a letter is entered! Obviously, this operating system tries to search for each letter you type. Also, the navigation doesn't always redirect correctly, but always takes you back to the start to choose the previously indicated route. TOTALLY CRAZY. There always seems to be interference on the radio, even on local stations. In addition, next to the preset buttons, there is a button that automatically sets the preset buttons. I accidentally click on it and it sets all the presets to static instead of sender. Can't even use the radio. Bluetooth sometimes connects automatically and others don't. But it works. The volume can only be turned down a little, then it goes off. No quiet listening level. This can be fixed by lowering the volume on my bluetooth devices. However, if you try to use a broken radio, you won't see a low volume setting. There's a setting to turn the amp off, but even then there's no low volume setting. This device is not a standard double din size. It is 3/8" taller and 1/4" wider. So I had to archive the install kit for about an hour to get it working and looking good. The reversing camera has poor resolution and the included cables are too short for my truck. The volume and tuner buttons feel flimsy and cheap. There's an equalizer setting that's frustrating. Whenever the tune button is pressed, the volume slider will scroll through the equalizer presets, and I think you'll have to wait for that setting to expire to adjust the volume again. Also, when you hit the tune button, the equalizer setting changes back to flat before you even scroll!? Aggravating. This radio works HOT. There are no outdoor spotlights. I don't understand how it can take so long to design. Electronics don't like heat. To top it off, this radio is absolute crap. I also forgot to add that it communicates in broken English on the screen and randomly switches the clock to five o'clock and then switches back at times. In total I spent 8-10 hours with this junk. To be honest I think this thing is starting to hurt my self esteem.
