Review on Continental Conti4x4Contact 265/60 R18 110H summer by Mateusz Marek ᠌
A completely ordinary product, nothing remarkable.
Standard tires from the cabin. AWD drive. The previous car of the same brand (but without AWD) on the Hankook optimo prime was simply amazing with its stability in puddles. In this regard, Conti was unpleasantly surprised. Two seasons kept normally, even very confidently. One night in a downpour for several hours - I managed (this is the first season, while the new one), but I kept the speed carefully. In general, the tires did not show anything unusual. By the ratio: price - quality I give 4 points out of 5. By the ratio: price - return more than 3 points will not give. China or 2022 did not ride rubber, I can’t compare.
- Beautifully written: Continental 4x4 contact. On dry pavement it's great. Wet is fine.
- Even in the first km of operation, the behavior of the car in puddles was simply shocking! Instability and demolitions. Plus (in the sense of additional minus) all the water on the windshield! The third season - no more than 50% wear - collected all the nails, screws, stones. I even made my way with a 5mm plastic hook! The price tag is very significant.
