My new favorite skirt! I bought a second base in black because I love it and want to wear it with everything! Comfortable, light and fun! I wore it with a petticoat for extra volume but it looks just as cute without it. Looks great with a fitted t-shirt, cardigan or even a tank top. Charming pumps, ballerinas or oxfords are easy to put on. This is the perfect length which is hard to find for me as I'm 5ft 9in tall. I have a 37" waist and it fits me better. It has a stretchy stretch in the back which is good because you can wear it on your hips OR above your waist. A serious piece for any wardrobe!
