This sheet is delivered flat. There is wire in the ribbon so you can fluff up the bow and shape it however you like. The bow is held at the top of the tree with a short curvy tie (like a garbage bag tie). The tie could have been made longer to make it easier to tie securely to the tree, but that was quickly rectified, I just added a longer one. The bow itself is great but I wanted it to be visible from all sides of the tree so I ordered two and tied them together. This made the arch fuller and now has a round shape that is visible from all sides. I'll have to update this with a picture tomorrow morning if I can get a better picture. I recommend this product. I used it as a tree crown but I'm sure you will find many other uses for it.
