This pan is perfect for your Thanksgiving roast turkey

I'm really glad I was able to get this pan before Thanksgiving when the previous pan started leaking grease onto the stove I figured it was - because it was made from a very thin piece of metal not suitable for use in an oven. The difference is in how the roasted meat comes out, juicier, more tender and flavorful. I think I made the right choice with this purchase.
