This is my first vertical mouse and I was pleasantly surprised at how it feels in my hand. It took me a while to get used to it, but after a week or so I didn't even feel uncomfortable or have any issues with it. I seem to be a medium sized person but my pinky finger seems to get a little pinched when using the mouse. The overall size fits my hand well, I wear oversized gloves. It could have been more comfortable, but it immediately became more comfortable than a regular mouse to relieve wrist pressure. The downside is that the mouse wheel now decides it's possessed and does what it wants. not bad for about a year of continuous use and for the price a good opportunity to get to know the vertical mouse to see if you like it. Next time I'll invest in something more reliable.
