Review on Underdefense by Michael Moonin

The ease of use, reporting capabilities, and customer support are some of my favorite aspects about this product. There isn't much I dislike aside from being able to customize reports more than what's provided out-of-the-box. It would be great if you could save custom filters for future uses instead of having to recreate them every time. We have been using UnderDefenses service since early 2018 and they've exceeded any expectations set forth in the initial contract. Their quick response time makes us feel like immediate problems are dealt with immediately.
