The anchor broke immediately. Cheap product.

The box arrived broken. I followed the instructions for an easy bra fit and the plastic retainer popped like dry spaghetti. There is no way to contact anyone from the company other than email. Also, the fabric was as thin as cigarette paper and the seams were frayed throughout. I know I ordered a part for an older car but I don't think this part should wear out. What a waste of money.
