This is for 3/8 OD lines. NOT for 3/8 " ID line
The barb itself is 1/4", not 3/8", so they only fit 3/8" OD line. If you need something that fits the ID 3/8 line, you'll have to find something else. In addition, they look strong and have a solid appearance.
