A very complete ODB II tool

My son-in-law and my family moved into my house a little over a year ago. One of their cars was not in use so we replaced the dead battery which cleared the codes. It failed the smog test so we were able to get a license. Now this tool shows that it is ready for testing and there are no other error codes. I have an older ODB II tool that doesn't have any of these features. It's worth the price.
