Do not buy: bent shaft, tightness near the bearings, cosmetic damage

This assembly does not appear to have been used before, but there is cosmetic damage to the cone and bottom of the base (Figs. 1 and 2 ). The third image shows how far apart the equilibrium positions are based on where you start the hoop. This then indicated to me that the shaft or bearings were not working properly (Figure 3). The video I uploaded shows that the shaft has interference (i.e. doesn't rotate freely and easily, which is the whole point of this tool) as the bike rotates. ) or curved. Based on how it stops moving relative to the wheel and where it has always stopped, I would guess the shaft is bent. Wave, a click is heard and the stepping motion of the tire is visible. In figure 4 I was trying to determine if it was a knock in the steel shaft or perhaps an interference with a U-shaped hole in the ferrous metal surrounding the shaft which is not symmetrical and allows for some wiggle room. In addition, the instructions show the parts list. , no instructions. The hex wrench to loosen the cone set screws on the shaft is missing. In addition, the zip pocket with all fasteners and tools was sealed with packing tape. I had to rip the bag open like a monkey to get to it. I like the bubble balance indicator on the base, at least it has. Am I going to look at an ALPHA MOTO portable bike balancer that's just bearings and a shaft and maybe put it between the jacks?
