This inverter is fantastic for what it is. My problem was that I didn't understand the difference between a pure sign wave and a modified sign wave before buying it. I used this inverter all day every day for 3 weeks and it did everything I asked it to do. However, due to my lack of understanding of how inverters work and the difference between the two types, my cordless power tool charger leads to frying. For this I have ordered a (significantly more expensive) Clean Sign inverter to work with and I will continue to use this inverter to power devices with simple electrical systems, and also less frequently. If you want to power something with simple electrical components. like a fan or a light, then this should suffice. However, if you're trying to run a power tool or laptop charger, a pure wave inverter might be worth a look.
