This product adheres very well to concrete when the temperature is not below zero. Although unconventional, I use it in my crawl space and attach plastic sheeting to it instead of stretching plastic sheeting across the windowsill. Using double sided tape keeps the plastic wrap in place until I put everything back in place and use pressure treated wooden slats to attach the plastic wrap to the concrete - using that as a buffer. I will be using butyl rubber sealant on top to provide moisture and bug protection. I have previously used this product on a tree surrounding multiple windows and found it very effective in this case too.
