Not So Good - Cheese Knife

I bought this knife 2 years ago to cut cheese - especially soft Colby Jack cheese. I keep it at home that I only visit 4 months a year. This season I was very disappointed with this knife. The cheese I usually cut with it bruises and the knife has to go through the cheese, making the cheese slices uneven. I have another cheese knife that looks the same as this one but from a different brand (Master Anything) and the difference between the two knives is like night and day. This knife seemed to work better when I first bought it than it does now. It has no bugs.
