Yes, I'm fat, about 30 pounds overweight, and it contributes to my annoying snoring and sleep apnea, at least that's what my wife says ( means obviously only lose weight) Little does she know that I had sleep apnea as a child. I woke up in the middle of the night, sat up and wondered what the hell I couldn't breathe? Then I heard about sleep apnea. But I was 20, 5'11" and 170 pounds. Pfft, that's not fat. Amway, put water in that thing and you won't upset your wife. End of story.
