I've been using access confidential since 2013 as an employee of my previous employer but have continued to use it now that i'm self-employed because I love how easy it allows me to navigate through all areas of our customer information easily! If you are searching for something simple this may not be what you're looking for - however if privacy concerns aren't high then definitely try out AC first before jumping into other services (I used to work in IT so security was always important).
Being able to quickly get detailed reports about customers from multiple sources within one platform has really helped us save time when doing cold calling or reaching out directly via email/phone calls compared to having several spreadsheets open at once.
