So it's pretty easy to put together even though I don't have tweezers with me. One thing that bothers me is the air space under the Pi, the gap is very small Also the bottom heatsink of the pi3b+ doesn't match the cutout. My solution is to turn it on its side and maybe 3D print a fan holder to suck air through it. It generally does what it says, but what more can you say for $15
