The ability to have a survey sent to different email addresses. The surveys are a little difficult to navigate and the language is not very user friendly. I would recommend that you use a translator to review the survey before you send it out to your clients. The benefits are that you can create multiple surveys in one place and then send them out to different email addresses. I like how the app works for my business and it's customer service has been great! Nothing at this time. I would love to see more features added. It could make data collection easier for our customers. We have helped get rid of paper forms in our office by using fulcrum instead. We have saved money by not having to pay an employee to do paperwork and we are able to give our customers a faster response when they need assistance.
