It's noisy! in spare parts

I bought one of these a while ago and just got around to installing it yesterday. Installation was easy. First, toss the instructions in the trash if you can't read gibberish. Second, I have (had) 2 factory horns in my '98 Dodge Dakota. I just unplugged 1 and cut the fork long enough to fit back into the truck if I wanted to. I soldered the speaker wires to the existing horn wires, routed them to the compressor, and soldered them to the compressor. Finding a place to mount the compressor was the hardest part, but still easy enough. I also made the tubing as short as possible (about 6 inches). Make sure your positive and negative values are correct before proceeding with soldering. The beep does not sound. loud when they are wrong. The relay that came with the kit went in the trash along with gibberish instructions. It's a really simple setup. My wife and I took a ride to test it out in public. lots of laughs from most people although some were more apt to give us the middle finger ;) Thought I'd write a review as I'm at Revain today to buy another to replace my other factory horn!
