I bought these to ship my online sales that are under a pound and aren't fragile. So far I have only used them for clothing but they hold even larger men's pieces which is great. These would definitely hold a pair of jeans but typically jeans are over 1 pound so I haven't actually shipped jeans in these yet.The adhesion is great. I don't need to add tape to it at all but I still add a small piece in the middle just to be safe (or two pieces on each side of the flap if it's a bulkier item).I love that these are fairly unisex. My brother's favorite color is teal/turquoise so that's kind of what inspired me to get these for men's and women's shipping. I thought the light blue was a little too "gender reveal" so these were a nice compromise. I considered black padded envelopes because that fits the rest of my packaging theme way better but I fear that a black envelope is more likely to be overlooked in the back of a dark truck or if dropped on the ground in a shaded area during processing. I'm sure that's just paranoia but something I considered so I ended up with these pretty envelopes.I haven't had any issues so far with customers getting damaged or opened products so I consider that a win.Bonus: Labels and clear packing tape adhere to the outsides very well.
