I didn't see any reviews and needed a spot welder so I decided to get a guinea pig. Pros - Welds are fairly flawless - Copper lines are good - Unit can be opened. Cons - the conclusions are a bit short, the use of the device is somewhat inconvenient. Finally, I slipped the device under my arm so I could hold the wires with both hands. The device has no power settings. No instructions. A long press emits a constant beep. Not sure what he's doing. All in all, however, if the box is in a good form factor for a fraction of the cost of a desktop device, the device works properly. would recommend.
