The best part about this software, it has helped us increase our revenue by over 25% in only 3 months! We are able to send out text messages automatically without any human intervention required which means we can scale up faster than ever before!! I wish there was more flexibility when sending texts but overall great product so far. It's been easy managing my customers database using their mobile app as well. Customer service support from big blue team always responds quickly especially during normal business hours (9am-5pm) otherwise they will respond after midnight or even later depending upon how busy they get at night time. ! Overall very satisfied customer experience thusfar. !! Sending automated notifications through texting via an automatic system instead of manual process saves me tons of work every month since i don't have too many employees working under me now.
