I have used it 2 times and a soft silicone spatula and the coating is already peeling off - it's just that my husband and I work a lot, So I haven't cooked much, but I bought this a few months ago because I've always liked Farberware cookware and even hand washed it because we don't wash dishes fast enough to run the dishwasher really often - I understand that pots and pans don't last forever and I understand that the quality of the manufactured goods seems to be reduced on many products but I absolutely can't believe it, I wiped them down with a damp paper towel today after I had taken them out, because to be honest I thought so. It must have been dust and light that made it appear like the coating was peeling off in places, but a few more flakes came off and I seriously couldn't have handled the pan any easier or better if only, maybe if I have just left it in the oven. Box - sounds dramatic to say I'm shocked, but that's the best description
