I use my Raspi 4 as a file server and DNS ad blocker 24/7. I removed the fan that comes with this sink and installed the whole thing in a wooden box with a more powerful exhaust fan and vent. Works great for passive cooling. I used graphite thermal pads to keep them in contact with the RAM, Wi-Fi chip, USB bus and CPU. It doesn't go above 48C. I need an adapter so I can connect a 40-pin ribbon cable to the GPIO. It fits fine, but you might end up with a ribbon cable after filing the sides a bit. I also have a higher version of this heatsink but for some reason this one works better.
