These are acrylic paints that can be used for board and roleplaying miniatures and some highlights without overdoing it. or Lammian's medium is required for dilution. The more fluid color makes it easier to layer and create gradients. Please do not try to dilute them with water. You will get terrible color bleed. My only complaint is that the two greens aren't actually green or emerald, more like pastel. I would have preferred a real green metallic rather than a shade of teal and lime green with sea foam. At least it's not hard to find another brand of true green metallic paintwork to complete this set. GENERAL: Nice big bottles. 95% large variety of colors.
