Installation took about 25 minutes and I didn't need any tools other than pliers to install the T-connector on the plumbing fixtures. You need to make sure there is enough space on the right side for the joystick and a GFC socket nearby to plug the device directly - you cannot use an extension cord. Also, the seat was a bit bigger than my toilet, like my toilet is small, and the bidet is made to fit a larger toilet, but it works fine either way. The bidet seat hole hangs about an inch or so above the toilet but this did NOT cause any problems with water running down the sides of the toilet as I assumed. The bidet has a top-of-the-line look and comes with all the bells and whistles you could want, including a heated seat, heated air dryer, controls to adjust the water output, and a water jet motion with a neat "move" button that controls the Nozzle moves back and forth to clean a large area. This model places great emphasis on hygiene, like water electrolysis and self-cleaning features to keep things clean, which is a big plus for women (I'm a man). You don't think about it until you start using it, and those bases are covered by this model. Comes with a real owner's manual stating this product is backed by a major manufacturer and appears to be an established brand with customer support here in the US.
