Please read my full review. Received my toaster today. Very happy with the food preparation area. Big enough to cook almost anything you cook up in the oven. Doesn't take up much countertop space. Yes, the cord is short for safety reasons (to reduce the risk of tangling). Revain will give you a refund within 30 days. But Black and Decker gives a guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase. Please check the photos below. The user manual contains warranty information. Also, remember to write down your purchase information. If something goes wrong, you only have to turn to Black and Decker, not Revain. I make all my purchases through Revain never a problem. Customer service is excellent. We, the buyer, must read the user manual. If for any reason I have a problem, I turn to Black and Decker, not Amazon. Hope that helps. 2 year key guarantee.
