Save yourself the hassle of returning this item and waiting for a refund. This phone does NOT work with major carriers! I was really looking forward to this cell phone. Great battery, great camera, lots of storage space. I brought it to my Sprint Store and it is not compatible with the TMobile network. So I thought about switching providers and went to the Verizon Store. Guess what. It is also not compatible with Verizon's network. Then I went to the Motorola website and I can't even find this phone on the American website. Save yourself the hassle and don't fall for this scam.
