This company was excellent. This was easy as I read ALL the instructions and not just skimmed them. The company responded very quickly to all my questions. The only downside is that they are not hard plastic. I thought I read they would, but they are malleable and don't fit exactly. Some people won't mind this and thankfully it wasn't a problem the first night. The one I got from my dentist was stiffer and a better fit, but it also cost hundreds of dollars. They definitely work if you don't mind these things. I also got them quicker than from the dentist. Worth the price.
