Review on Stratagem by Jeff Langford

I am a frequent shopper at online boutiques that are solely dedicated to selling games and toys, therefore I have been looking forward to trying Stratagem. Having said that, my interactions with the company have been nothing but disheartening. To begin, the things that I ordered from Stratagem were of such a poor quality that I returned them. The board games and toys that I obtained were not up to the grade that I anticipated receiving from a reputable vendor, and they contained multiple flaws. In addition, several of the game's accessories were missing, making it hard for me to have a complete and satisfying experience with the games. I attempted to address these concerns by contacting customer service, but I was treated with bad service when I did so. The representatives did not respond to my concerns, were not helpful, and did not appear to care in the least about my issues. The fact that they did not offer to replace or refund the damaged products contributed to my feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction with the company. In general, I would not suggest Stratagem to anyone who is interested in purchasing high-quality toys and games. There are a number of different online companies that not only specialize in these products but also provide superior service to their customers. Avoid putting yourself through unnecessary stress and try looking elsewhere.
