I'm writing this on behalf of my father, this was for him. He bought this to help him as he renovates my bathroom and other areas of my house. He is not a construction or remodel individual and has learned how to do most things from watching youtube videos. He really likes this as he has used it in the last 2 days to cut tile for my bathroom-in a 115 year old home. It came in a great amount of time and he has said that it works great to help get those tight cuts around sinks, showers, toilets and odd "old home" angles. Highly recommend.
