I bought a 2 pack of cartridges for my small business and immediately noticed that the print was lighter after replacing the Canon cartridge with an EPS cartridge. The first cartridge lasted about a ream of paper before printing became totally unacceptable. I contacted EPS and they quickly sent me a replacement (great customer service) for the first cartridge. Unfortunately, the second cartridge had the same characteristics as the first. Now I'm using the replacement they sent and it's just as bad as the others. Too bad. I was really hoping this product would be good. I don't understand how such low quality cartridges can be rated so highly.
