Review on DMD Sharpening Replacement Double Sided Including by Victor Rodriguez

I bought these to use as a handy set of whetstones to carry in my tool chest but they didn't work as intended; assuming they are made for use in a sharpening system, but 240 grit, 400 grit etc should be universal anyway. I have used other knife sharpening products/stones so far with no problems. My mistake was thinking they would work outside of their intended system; At the same time, even when pressed, my knives simply glided over the surface. I usually use one of these quick pocket ceramic sharpeners with no problems with its small size and will probably look for a similar but larger product for my set.
