This was the only lock that fitted
If your trailer has a very wide hitch then this lock could be for you. Our "yellow" hitch lock that we had on our old caravan didn't fit our new motorhome (4.5" wide hitch). We ordered a red lock from Master Lock and it didn't fit either. The Trimax -Lock is the correct width of 4-5/8" so fits perfectly and has enough room to push through the security chains as an added security measure. Time will tell if it will hold up to the elements, but the keyhole has a small rubber cap. This hopefully keeps dust and moisture out.
