I bought this worthless crap to remove the rear brake pads and release the electronic parking brake. Completely useless tool. No connection is established. I bought it specifically for this job and a specific car and it failed miserably. If you plan to use it to work on the brake pads and release the emergency parking brake. Do not worry. Instructions are written there how to manually put ebrake into service mode. It doesn't work for that or anything, don't buy it. Waste of my time and my day. We look forward to a full refund. I also tried calling the phone number on the tech support box to help the computer connect to my car and of course no one answered the call.
