Update - The company contacted me and offered to send a free replacement and they informed me the product has been improved and has a lifetime guarantee. I don't have the new one yet, but I'll update as soon as I use it. I've only used it for 2 weeks (probably) and it broke for me. It is imperative that my phone is securely attached while driving so that I can see my fellow riders' pickup and drop-off routes. It broke on the way to boarding and I had to finish it.
