Doesn't work, can't be turned off with the key

The device does not turn off when the key is removed and the car is locked. Connects via your wiring harness and no additional connectors. There is no installation guide and no wiring diagram. It has a USB port labeled Carplay but nothing happens when I plug in my iPhone, the wifi is weak and the antenna is on the back of the radio and there is no extension cord to move it to a place with better coverage to place. This will be refunded if after contacting them they cannot find a solution. The cards are basically useless.
