I love that it does all of the work for you. The interface is very user friendly. It is very customizable and allows for a lot of different types of reports. I dislike that the training is not very extensive and is only available online, which can be time consuming. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a robust CRM solution. I use it to organize all of my sales activities. I am able to create proposals, tasks, and notes and track them all with one system. It is a great tool to help me organize my sales activities.
