I love that it does all of the work for you. The interface is very user friendly. It is very customizable and allows for a lot of different types of reports. I dislike that the training is not very extensive and is only available online, which can be time consuming. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a robust CRM solution. I like that it allows me to write notes, check boxes etc within my proposals while drafting them - very handy!
