Excellent quality, good range and easy to assemble. I have a news chair, the entire body support area is zipped on. I had to unpack the material to make repairs. The zipper was very difficult to open and the ball soon broke and had to be removed. Now I had a $1,000 piece of nothing. I took change and ordered a repair kit after reading all the good reviews. Well, it took about five minutes to choose the right train and attach it. It was very difficult to unzip, not because of the tension but because the zipper was so tight on the chair. Instructions were good except I had to destroy the zip stopper to close it. There were no instructions in the manual on how to set the stop. My wife, who was in her right mind, took a needle and a caterpillar and created what was needed. I will never try to unbox this chair again but I am so glad this kit does what it promises.
