So I got this to complete the synchro. Found a few things wrong with this one. First, the four metal knobs that are made to fit the vibration isolator holes are not long enough to fit properly. Second, the screw holes don't line up to allow the unit to be mounted on the lower control housing, and third, the whole unit is longer than it should be. It's not strong, of course, but it's enough to make it difficult to use properly. I would recommend looking for a different company than the one that made this device.
