poor design - power tools and hand tools

Bought when I bought my Dremel Ultra Max. I haven't had a chance to use the product and it stayed in the packaging until 3 weeks ago. Almost wasted money. Despite careful attention to the instructions, the blades fail at the first contact with the material. Often they appear when the device is turned on. So far this is the only accessory that hasn't worked. The triangular sanding pad wears easily in the corners, but I've found that Rockwell makes a pad that fits the machine and is better built.
