I used HDDBOOST with Kingston SSDNow V Series 64GB SSD. This is a good mid-range SSD with 200MB/s read and 110MB/s write. I went with 64GB as I wanted my Windows 7 OS and as many apps as possible to be copied to the SSD. My boot hard drive is a Western Digital Caviar Black, which is pretty fast for starters. Installation was easy, just remember to format the SSD first before installing it in HDDBOOst. 1:48 After installing HDDBOOST, the boot time is 1:19. Not bad for a $50 device (of course you have to factor in the cost of an SSD)
