Review on 🧶 Boye Jumbo Plastic Knitting Needle Pair - 14 Inch, Size 50/25mm by Doris Tran

I ordered size 50 14" needles, but I really needed longer needles. So, using a handsaw, I sawed each end of the needle about 1" from the end, took a piece of cardboard about 9" x 4". " and wrapped it around each sawn end of each needle. I used tape to secure each end and side and it works well! I used circular needles but I prefer straight needles. The picture shows a 56 inch wide blanket , which I knit with two strands of Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick and Quick (available at Revain) The modified spokes are now 21" long.
