I am an amputee and besides wanting a good fit for my remaining foot I need shoes that don't significantly alter my size or foot position. This shoe meets my needs. After receiving them, I put on the orthotics, put on my shoes, and began walking with minimal discomfort. I had to remove the insole on the prosthesis side, the only adjustment I made, and it was comfortable straight away. Went to my orthotist's appointment who monitored my walking and made a small adjustment. Even better! Fits great, looks great and requires minimal setup.
