Review on πŸ”§ Enhanced Filabot PCTPE175 Taulman Filament Diameter: Unleashing Precision and Performance by Julio Solano

I love it! Strong, semi-flexible. Like a Turbo PETG

It's somewhere between PETG/Nylon and TPU - small and thick parts are very similar to Nylon. If it's longer, it's more like TPU (flexible) but not stretchy. Ideal for paracord beads, it's stiff and holds its shape very well (better than TPU) but not as hard as PETG/ABS/PLA. Longer, stretchy material holds its shape better than TPU (Ninjaflex). It meets the requirements. It prints pretty clear, make sure it's dry. I had a hard time getting it to stick, here's what works: - Clean the PEI - Sand it with 200-300 grit sandpaper. Get a nice rough finish. I ended up using a scotch brite pad - clean again (IPA 2-3x) - good layer of PVA/glue stick 80c bed, 240c nozzle, works well at 0.35 - should work well at larger ones too ( based on experiences with Nylon, TPU, PETG), but not tried yet. It arrived dry and I keep it dry, but I expect it will drink the water and start typing cloudy if I let it.

Pros
  • 3D Printing Consumables
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging
