I like that the USB hub is the same color as my 2019 MacBook Pro i7. The USB charging port works great and the USB and other inputs work perfectly. No need to download software, works right out of the box. I like that it's thin and not bulky, fits snugly on the countertop and isn't flimsy. Made from metal body. It's been about 3-4 months since I got it. The product has a bad design. It didn't work due to the stress of lifting and moving the computer from lap to desk. The guarantee is a lie. They offer a 12 month guarantee and after emails they are unresponsive and had to go through Amazon to get a replacement. Don't buy if you're not thinking of storing your computer in one place without moving it. You'd better buy a USB hub with an extended cable to connect to your computer's ports.
