Works great, looks good, no cone head. It's probably worth ordering a size or two larger than you need or measuring around the top of your ears. I measured my head and got a 7 1/4, but the hat I originally got was quite narrow. Went up two sizes to this one and it covers the top of my ears and fits perfectly, just a little loose. It won't go anywhere between a respirator and/or helmet. I don't think I've come across anything very big/hot yet, but so far it's holding up pretty well. Also, the inside is red. No problem, I just assumed it was solid blue.
